Doncaster Squash & Fitness Club

Doncaster Squash Club is the oldest and longest standing squash club in the post code. In 2019 it was taken over and established as a Community Club by two passionate members who have commenced rennovation and continue to improve facilities to better support the community and promote Squash as a sport for all.

It is a warm and friendly community club that caters for all abilities from beginner all the way to elite level players. In addition, we welcome casual players and members of the community that wish to try the sport, or anything else offered at our venue.

As well as squash we offer footsquash (the adapted fast paced, competetive football based game developed in the Netherlands), raquet ball, yoga, sports performance, group exercise and rehabilitation including sports massage and holistic therapies.

We have a fully fitted gym and a fully fitted functional / performance training centre run buy fully qualified and professional staff. There is a fully furnished treatment room and steam room for relaxation after any sport.

We currently have 2 competetive teams, with plans in place for the 2020/21 season to introduce a third team, a womens only team and a full junior section. The teams play in the Sheffield and District League and the Yorkshire League; we aspire to reach the Premier Division in the next 2 seasons and compete with some of the best clubs in the country.

Our coaching staff include a Level 2 International Coach and our specialist fitness staff are all fully qualified up to MSc Level in Strength and Conditiong. All coaches are enhanced DBS checked and are happy to support new comers and those wishing to build their skill sets, fitness, conditioning, strength or health and wellbeing.

The club also boasts a warm and friendly fully licensed bar area and can be hired for functions and private events. We have draught beers and a selection of bottled ciders and lagers, as well as a varied wine list.
