England Squash Club Coach Award (Level 2)

This course combines face to face delivery over three days with six online e-learning modules. Candidates will learn the skills required to deliver the technical and tactical elements of delivering squash to juniors and adults at beginner and intermediate level, through the coaching of individual and group lessons. Candidates will learn how to analyse player’s needs, plan for a series of lessons and to operate as a Club Coach. Who it's for: Level 1 coaches wishing to take their tactical and technical coaching to the next level.

Women and Girls: England Squash Level 2 Award in Coaching

A three-day contact time qualification where candidates learn the skills required to deliver the technical and tactical requirements of squash to juniors and adults at beginner and intermediates level, through the delivery of individual and group lessons. Candidates will learn how to analyse player’s needs, plan for a series of lessons and to operate as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach. Who it's for: Level 1 coaches wishing to take their tactical and technical coaching to the next level.

Doncaster Squash & Fitness Club

Doncaster Squash Club is the oldest and longest standing squash club in the post code. In 2019 it was taken over and established as a Community Club by two passionate members who have commenced rennovation and continue to improve facilities to better support the community and promote Squash as a sport for all.

It is a warm and friendly community club that caters for all abilities from beginner all the way to elite level players. In addition, we welcome casual players and members of the community that wish to try the sport, or anything else offered at our venue.

As well as squash we offer footsquash (the adapted fast paced, competetive football based game developed in the Netherlands), raquet ball, yoga, sports performance, group exercise and rehabilitation including sports massage and holistic therapies.

We have a fully fitted gym and a fully fitted functional / performance training centre run buy fully qualified and professional staff. There is a fully furnished treatment room and steam room for relaxation after any sport.

We currently have 2 competetive teams, with plans in place for the 2020/21 season to introduce a third team, a womens only team and a full junior section. The teams play in the Sheffield and District League and the Yorkshire League; we aspire to reach the Premier Division in the next 2 seasons and compete with some of the best clubs in the country.

Our coaching staff include a Level 2 International Coach and our specialist fitness staff are all fully qualified up to MSc Level in Strength and Conditiong. All coaches are enhanced DBS checked and are happy to support new comers and those wishing to build their skill sets, fitness, conditioning, strength or health and wellbeing.

The club also boasts a warm and friendly fully licensed bar area and can be hired for functions and private events. We have draught beers and a selection of bottled ciders and lagers, as well as a varied wine list.

England Squash Young Leaders Award (Online)

The course must be completed via our e-learning platform. This leaders award is delivered via e-learning and provides candidates with the skills and resources to deliver Squash 101 and Junior 101. On completion, you will be able to facilitate Junior 101 and Squash 101 sessions alongside England Squash coaches to groups of beginner players aged. Who it's for: ideal for people 14 - 16 or over who want to help facilitate squash sessions. This award is perfect for young players and junior leaders wishing to develop sessions in their setting.

England Squash Talent Development (Lvl3) Prerequisite Workshop

Bridging the space between the England Squash Club Coaching Award (Lvl2) and the England Squash Talent Development Award (Lvl3). A one day workshop with England Squash High Performance Coaches Paul Carter and Tania Bailey consisting of discussion, video analysis on court group activities and assessment. Successful candidates will be invited to apply for the upcoming England Squash Talent Development (Lvl3) Award taking place at the Edgbaston Priory Club.

Tavistock Squash Club

We are a community, member owned club with two excellent courts and a vibrant membership of about 170 players. We have leagues, ladders, teams and annual competitions along with excellent coaches. St Ivo Squash Club

St Ivo Racquets Club (Huntingdon) also known as St Ivo Squash Club play at the One Leisure squash facility in Huntingdon off St Peter's Road. The Club has an active membership playing squash and racketball. We have two certified coaches. The Club runs weekly club nights, monthly box leagues, and competes in the Cambridgeshire County Leagues. There are also annual tournaments, and social events.

Woking Squash Rackets Club

We are a traditional members' squash and squash57 club. We provide very high-quality facilities to our members, promote the sport in the local area, and are an active part of the Surrey squash community!

We usually have 4 senior teams competing in the Surrey leagues, several junior teams, 3-4 vets teams and a vintage team. We also have 1-2 squash57 teams.

There are a number of active coaches at the club. We run junior sessions most weekends during the season, and a Ladies-only introductory Squash57 session on Friday mornings. Please see our website for more details.


Bromley Sports Club

Squash and Racketball are thriving sports here at Bromley Sports Club.

We have three courts where members can play socially, in competitions, be part of our box leagues and make use of our wonderful coaches for lessons no matter what standard you are.

We have a vibrant junior section too where again our squash members can play for fun, join our junior teams or become part of our squash coaching squads.

Bollington Squash Club

Bollington Squash is a Cheshire based Squash Club playing in the local Leisure Centre "Bollington Health & Leisure". We have 3 Men's teams and 1 Ladies team that compete in the North West Counties Squash League; currently in Division's 2, 4 and 5 for the men, and Division 3 for the ladies.

We also have a thriving Junior Section at the club! With our youngest being only 4 right through to our eldest at 18, in total we have over 30 juniors which come down to regular Saturday Coaching with our coaches Chris Ogden and Geoff Coe.

We have a Squash Ladder for team and social players to add an element of competitiveness to those "friendly" games. The Junior Ladder is also integrated into it so Juniors have the chance to progress up the ladder to the top.
