Terms and Conditions of Entry
These terms and conditions are the rules (the “Rules”) that apply to the Team Nick v Team Laura competition (“Competition”). The Competition is organised by England Squash (the “Organiser”).
These Rules will apply unless otherwise expressly stated or varied by the Organiser.

A copy of these Rules shall be posted on the Organiser’s website at www.englandsquash.com (the “Website”). The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Rules at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or otherwise relating to the Competition, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.
Entries can by made by playing a qualifying squash match, and submitting the results via the dedicated form on the SquashLevels website between the Opening Date 10 October 2020 and before the Closing Date of midnight on Monday 9 November 2020. Please note, those wishing to complete the online form should leave enough time to complete it, especially close to the deadline. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for submissions incomplete should the deadline pass. Any entry made after the Closing Date and/or other than in accordance with the entry requirements contained in these Rules will not be considered. The Organiser will not accept any responsibility for any failure to receive any given entry by the Closing Date as a result of delay or failure in transmission or otherwise.
All qualifying matches will count towards the totals for Team Laura and Team Nick, with the results being publicised throughout the Competition and after its completion on the Organiser's website, social media channels, and the SquashLevels website. Where a club and county is specified for each Participant, matches will also count towards the totals for the most active counties and most active clubs, with total published on he Organiser's website, social media channels, and the SquashLevels website.
All matches must be played in accordance with England Squash COVID-19 guidance in the local area in which the match was played at the time the match was played (which may change during the duration of the Competition). All matches are played at the Participant's own risk without any liability whatsoever on the part of the promoter, promoting club, England Squash, or any club or organisation affiliated thereto or their officials or members in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by him/her, provided that this does not exclude the liability of any such party for death or personal injury arising from that party’s negligence.
Qualifying Matches can be full court squash matches with a member of the Participant's household or squash bubble, or Sides with a member of another household outside the Participant's squash bubble.
There is no restriction on the number of Entries that can be made by any single Participant as long as the latest England Squash COVID-19 guidance is followed. Each match shall count as a single Entry to the Competition and shall count towards the Participant's Most Active Player total.
There is no age restriction on Entrants, but all Entrants under the age of 16 should have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before taking part, and The Organiser assumes that the parent/legal guardian has read, understood and agree to these Rules on the Participant's behalf.
The Organiser assumes that Entrants over the age of 16 have legal capacity to enter the Competition and have read, understood and agree to these Rules.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant. The Organiser further reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Entrant has breached any of the Rules or otherwise acted improperly, dishonestly or outside of the spirit of the Competition.
Since Entries to the Competition involve using telephones, mobile phones or the internet the Organiser assumes, and Entrants warrant that they have permission to use such devices. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the submission of match results.
In order submit an Entry, at least one player requires a SquashLevels membership account. All active England Squash members are eligible for a SquashLevels membership by submitting their England Squash ID to their profile on the SquashLevels website. Non-members can sign up for a 30-day SquashLevels trial membership on the SquashLevels website.
All Entrants should ensure they have the full consent of their opponent to submit their Personal Data to Squash Levels (or in the case of opponents under the age of 16, that they have the full consent of the player's parent or legal guardian).
The Organiser does not have access to any Personal Data submitted to SquashLevels as part of an Entry to this Competition, and does not accept any responsibility or liability for the handling of your Personal Data or for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including, without limit, loss of property or profit, business revenue or opportunity or anticipated savings and loss of or damage to any data) or for any costs, claims or demands of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from Participants' entry into the Competition or use of the Squash Levels website.
All Entrants are eligible to receive a 25% discount at the England Squash Kukri store. To receive their discount, Entrants should visit the England Squash Kukri store where the discount will automatically be applied until midnight on 31 December 2020.
Most Active Player prizes of a Signed Team Laura vs Team Nick T-shirt will be awarded to the 5 players who record the most matches on each Team. In the event of a tie, a prize winner will be selected at random from all qualifying (tied) Entrants.
Employees of the Organiser, SquashLevels or any company involved in or related to the Competition are eligible to take part in the Competition, but shall not be eligible to win any of the Prizes for Most Active Player.
In order to qualify for the Most Active Player prizes, Participants must have an activated account on englandsquash.com with a valid email address. All 'Most Active Player' prize winners will be notified within two weeks of the Closing Date and will be notified by the Organiser via email by using the email address linked to their England Squash ID as submitted on the SquashLevels website.
The Organiser’s decisions regarding prize winners shall be final and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into. Prize winners will be notified by email (to the address submitted on the survey) after the Closing Date.
Failure to claim a prize within the time specified in the Organiser’s prize notification, or any failure to comply with these Rules, may result in selection of an alternate winner.
Each Entrant hereby agrees that the name and town/city of residence of the prize winner may be published on the Website. The prize winner may be requested to take part in the promotional activities relating to the Competition and England Squash reserves the right to use the names of the prize winner for its promotional purposes and to sub-licence such right to its sponsors, partners and other relevant third parties on the same basis.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Organiser shall have no liability whatsoever for any costs, expenses or losses incurred or disappointment suffered by any Entrant as a result of his/her participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize. Events may occur that render the Competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser and accordingly the Organiser may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Organiser as a result thereof.
Prizes are awarded at the Organiser’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any Entrant.
The Organiser reserves the right to request written and/or photographic proof of age of a prize winner.
All entrants must be based in England to be able to collect the prizes.
Each Entrant, by entering the Competition, consents to the processing of his/her personal data by the Organiser for the operation of the Competition and as otherwise provided for pursuant to these Rules. The Organiser will use the personal information and contact details provided by or obtained about an Entrant for administering the Competition and to ensure compliance with these Rules. Any personal data relating to an Entrant which is received by the Organiser will be used solely in accordance with current applicable UK data protection legislation.
The Competition and these Rules and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them will be governed by English law.
