Get involved in the inaugural Great British Week of Sport from Saturday 19 – Sunday 27 September 2020 and inspire the nation to celebrate the power that sport and activity has on our mental, physical and social well-being.
A series of events across the week will showcase the huge variety of sports and activities which help people of all ages to be more active and reap the mental, social and physical benefits.

- National Fitness Day (23 September) takes place during the week of celebrations and is a chance to highlight the role squash plays across the UK helping to raise awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles. Encourage your members to use #Fitness2Me to celebrate what fitness means to them, promoting that keeping physically active means something different to us all. - Host an event in line with the themes of the Great British Week of Sport (see image above). Your event can be whatever you want it to be – from opening up the club to a free trial for new members, a virtual workout or an opportunity to re-engage with your members.
