Our awards are back – it’s time to nominate!

The Polar Squash Workforce Awards are back! Now in their fifth year, the Awards reward and celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of the squash workforce who’ve excelled over the last 12 months.

With four award categories up for grabs this year, this is a great opportunity to nominate a coach, volunteer, or referee for their incredible achievements in driving squash in England.

The four categories are:

  • Coach of the Year
  • Special Recognition Award
  • Volunteer of the Year
  • The Tony Parker Award: Referee of the Year

The Awards will see coaches, volunteers, and referees throughout England battle it out for the coveted awards which will be presented in Manchester on the show court at the semi-finals of the National Squash Championships on 17th February 2018 in front of a packed crowd, alongside the best of British talent.

England Squash CEO, Keir Worth commented, “We are delighted to once again launch the Polar Squash Workforce Awards for the fifth year running. The annual awards are our opportunity to thank our workforce and celebrate the incredible work they do.

"They are the driving force behind getting more people on court, creating thriving squash communities and in nurturing talent and our champions of the future.

"We’d like to thank Polar for sponsoring the Awards again.”

But before the awards ceremony itself can take place, it's up to the people of England to put forward their nominees! Simply complete the online nomination form or download and return the form by 12pm on Sunday 7 January 2018.

Standout nominations will be shortlisted by a panel of highly regarded independent judges from the world of English squash.
