The world’s most prestigious squash league starts its 33rd season on Tuesday 18th October when the 2016/17 season of the England Squash Premier Squash League (PSL) gets under way with the first of 10 rounds of League matches.
In a change to previous years, there will be 10 clubs, as opposed to 12, from around the UK competing for the title with the squads between them boasting many of the top 30 players in the world.
In Group A, Leicester start their season with a home tie against Midland rivals Nottingham, meanwhile Bristol travel to Birmingham. In Round 2, Pontefract head to Nottingham to start their season.
In Group B, last season’s runners up, St. George’s Hill, travel to Chichester to start the season before a titanic clash against seven-time defending champions B Virgin Active Surrey HRC in Round 2. In the other Round 1 fixture, Coolhurst entertain Bexley.
