Platinum

Platinum Competitions 2024-2025

  • English Junior Championships - 7 to 9 February 2025
  • Entry fees - £58 per player

The following criteria will be used to assess your application

  1. Title sponsor and squash equipment sponsors (this is including but not limited to rackets, footwear and clothing) will remain the right of England Squash to assign
  2. All other sponsors must be approved by England Squash prior to agreements
  3. Provision of 14 courts available as a minimum within a 30-minute driving radius between venues.
  4. It is preferred that semi-final's and finals are on an all glass court for the platinum competitions.
  5. Streaming a minimum of one court for full duration of the competition which must include semi-finals and finals of each age category
  6. Access to a physio support for the duration of the competition.
  7. All competitions must have an allocated First Aid Officer, Safeguarding Lead and a Safeguarding Officer at each venue, who has a valid First Aid/Safeguarding qualification and valid DBS.
  8. All clubs/facilities being used have England Squash affiliation in place up to and to the last day of the competition you are running.

Gold

Gold Competitions 2024-2025

  • Gold 1 - 7 to 8 December 2024
  • Gold 2 - 8 to 9 March 2025
  • Gold 3 - 21 to 22 June 2025
  • Entry fees - £52.50 per player
  • ES Gold Levy - £18.50 per player

The following criteria will be used to assess your application

  1. Title sponsor and squash equipment sponsors (this is including but not limited to rackets, footwear and clothing) will remain the right of England Squash to assign
  2. All other sponsors must be approved by England Squash prior to agreements

Silver Competitions 2024-2025

  • Silver 1 - 14 and 15 September 2024
  • Silver 2 - 12 and 13 October 2024
  • Silver 3 - 25 and 26 January 2025
  • Silver 4 - 5 and 6 April 2025
  • Silver 5 - 17 and 18 May 2025
  • Entry fees - £40 per player
  • ES Silver Levy - £12 per player

The following criteria will be used to assess your application

  2. All other sponsors must be approved by England Squash prior to agreements
  3. Provision of 8 courts available as a minimum within a 30-minute driving radius between venues.
  4. It is preferred that semi-final's and finals are on a glass back courts with sufficient and appropriate seating for spectators
  5. Streaming a minimum of one court for full duration of the competition which must include semi-finals and finals of each age category
  6. Access to a physio support for the duration of the competition.
  7. All competitions must have an allocated First Aid Officer, Safeguarding Lead and a Safeguarding Officer at each venue, who has a valid First Aid/Safeguarding qualification and valid DBS.

Bronze

Bronze Competitions 2024-2025

  • 17 Bronze weekends across the season
  • Entry fees - £23 per player
  • ES Bronze Levy - £5.75 per player

Bronze competitions can be hosted across selected age groups ranging from U9 to U19. They are participation competitions aiming at transitioning players from starting to play competitions into playing the elite level junior competitions.

Venues looking to host a Bronze competition should be expected to have:

  • A minimum set up of three courts.
  • Be able to host over the dates stated within the application.
  • A competition team including: Tournament Organiser, Safeguarding Lead and First Aider, who has a valid TO/First Aid/Safeguarding qualification and valid DBS.
  • Organisers should actively promote their competitions and look to put on competitions suitable to the local playing audience.

Copper

Copper Competitions 2024-2025

  • Copper competitions can be run on any weekend, providing they don't clash with a local Bronze competition
  • Entry fees - £19 England Squash members. £23 for non members
  • ES Copper Levy - £4.75 (members) or £6 (non members) per player

Copper competitions can be hosted across selected age groups ranging from U9 to U17. They are participation competitions aimed at getting players into competitions and participating in the sport in a competitive format.

Venues looking to host a Copper event should be expected to have:

  • A minimum set up of two courts.
  • Be able to host over the dates stated within the application
  • A competition team including: Tournament Organiser, Safeguarding Lead and First Aider, TO/First Aid/Safeguarding qualification and valid DBS.
  • Organisers should actively promote their competitions and look to put on competitions suitable to the local playing audience.

Aspire (Regional) Junior Closed - Bronze

Aspire (Regional) Junior Closed Competitions 2024-2025
  • 19th and 20th October 2024
  • Entry fees - £23 per player
  • ES Aspire Levy - £2 per player
  • Closing date for applications - 1st September 2024

The tournament team should include: Tournament Organiser, Safeguarding Lead and First Aider, who has a valid TO/First Aid/Safeguarding qualification and valid DBS.

Junior County Closed - Copper

Junior County Closed Competitions 2024-2025
  • 21st and 22nd September 2024
  • Entry fees - £22 England Squash members. £28 for non members (counties can also choose their own entry fees)
  • ES County Closed Levy - £2 per player
  • Closing date for applications - 11th August 2024

The tournament team should include: Tournament Organiser, Safeguarding Lead and First Aider, who has a valid TO/First Aid/Safeguarding qualification and valid DBS.

Tournament Organiser Course

The Tournament Organiser Course has been updated. All Tournament Organisers need to complete and pass the new course in order to run any England Squash sanctioned junior events or competitions.
