• Date: Monday 13 May, 11am to 2pm (arrive between 10:30am and 10:50am)
• Venue: National Squash Centre, Gate 13, Rowsley Street, Manchester, M11 3FF
• Entry cost: Free!

You can enter as an individual or as a team - simply complete the relevant form below before 3 May and email it to participation@englandsquash.com. We’ll be in touch to let you know if you have a place.
