Abingdon Squash and Racketball Club is both a member owned club and a community amateur sports club and it prides itself in its reputation of being the top squash club in Oxfordshire.

The club which is well established has been in existence for over 40 years and has been the home club of British champion players such as Mark Cairns. There is a very strong junior section with some juniors playing at National, Regional and County level.

Lymm Squash Club Facilities

The club has 2 squash courts based within the Beechwood clubhouse at Lymm Rugby Club.A Balcony viewing area overlooks both courts with access to the Clubhouse bar area. Courts are accessible to members 24/7, 365 days a year, without the need for court bookings or court fees!

Male and Female changing rooms are available. Facilities are shared with the Rugby and Hockey sections, which provides additional benefits to Squash members, such as the use of the Gym and Physiotherapists at no extra cost.

The club house bar sells alcohol, soft drinks, coffee, or snacks to all members. Please note that its opening times can vary throughout the season.

There are several social events held at the club throughout the year, such as the Beer Festival and several Lymm Festival events hosted in the Summer. The biggest of which however, is the famous Rugby Club Panto every Christmas, attended by many local residents of Lymm.

Tickets are always in high demand but club members get additional priority for tickets when they go on sale.

Steeped in History

Chapel Allerton Lawn Tennis Club was formed in 1880 with 17 male members. The club had 5 grass courts and a wooden pavilion. By 1927 the club was the northern venue for the Wimbledon qualifying event. Since then further courts have been added, totalling sixteen, of which 3 are indoor and three have floodlights.

In 1960 the club purchased a wooden squash court from Huddersfield LTC and due to the popularity of the sport the club changed its name to Chapel Allerton Lawn Tennis and Squash Club in 1963. The club now boast 6 courts of which three are glass backed.

In 1986 a gymnasium was added to the facilities and this area of the club now provides a wide range of equipment not just for the racket players but its own fitness members.

The club and its members have always played at a high level and achieved considerable success, as well as holding prominent positions in sporting bodies. From the early days the club has frequently dominated the Yorkshire Tennis League being the men’s and ladies’ champions on many occasions. In 2009 the squash team became the National Squash League Champions and members have triumphed on an individual level both locally and internationally.

City of Peterborough Squash and Racketball Club welcomes all players, even if they have never played before. We have one level 4 coach (ex-world number 4) and one level 3 coach, that can help you improve your Squash or Racketball. We also have a good range of members for you to play with both casually and in our club leagues.Our current chairman is Neil Hoskin, who was elected in October 2018 and is leading the development of our club, community and facilities. We have numerous Squash and Racketball club teams and hold many competitions at our club including junior sanctioned events through to National Champs team games

The club runs a variety of activities suitable for beginners and improvers, including for people who have never played before. We also have sessions for juniors and female players. We strive to offer something for every level, so that all players can find something to suit.

We also aim to support squash at a high level at the club. We are proud of our representative teams, with our 1st team competing in the top division of the Cambridgeshire League, and our women's team current Cambridgeshire Cup champions. Our head pro Ali Loke competes on the PSA World Tour and is ranked in the top 100 in the world. If you are a more experienced player, there are a variety of opportunities for you to compete and train.

Established in 1935, Hinckley Squash & Racketball Club is one of Leicestershire's oldest squash clubs, and to this day remains a member-owned facility. With a warm welcome guaranteed, and boasting the newest courts in Leicestershire, we cater to players of all ages and abilities.

Cooden Beach Sports and Social Club (CBSSC) is a thriving sports club located close to Cooden and Little Common in the western part of Bexhill, East Sussex. We have 6 outdoor tennis courts, all of which are floodlit, and 3 squash courts.

Surrey Sports Park boasts 6 glass back courts including 2 show courts with seating for over 300 people. We have a full player pathway at the club for novie juniors through to adult elite players and everything inbetween. We are a centre for excellence in London and the South East and have a buzzing and very active squash section included in an amazing state-of-the-art facility with numerous other sports and activities

Situated in an area of Cheshire, close to Chester, which is growing quickly and the Club is benefitting from new members moving into the village and its environs. The Club has 2 teams in North West Counties Squash League.

East Glos has a thriving and sociable squash section with four courts, two of which are glass-backed.

There are a number of teams, currently seven in the Glos Winter league and two in the summer league, organised box leagues, and squash coaching is also available to members and non members.

Or, if squash isn’t for you, we also offer racketball, at no extra cost. Whilst similar to squash in some ways a larger ball is used, along with a shorter racket. There are organised racketball box leagues and social sessions.

Whatever your standard of squash or racketball there's plenty of choice for all.

Ebbisham Sports Club is a friendly, non profit-making Community rackets club situated in Epsom in Surrey and caters for all ages and abilities, from casual players to elite level. Formed in 1937 on its present site, the Club has since grown to a thriving sports club with a friendly Bar/Lounge, three tennis courts, three squash courts and three badminton courts, a gym warm-up area and a pool table. Numerous social and sports events are held such as quizzes, BBQs, discos, family events, Racketlons, Dodgeball and sports tournaments.

It is a Members' club (but also open to the community on a casual pay-and-play basis) split into three sections: Badminton, Squash/Racketball and Tennis. Each section can be joined separately or you can become a full member of two or more sports.

The Squash Section at Barnton Cricket Club boasts two courts, which can be considered to be among the best-maintained in the county. The courts have new heating systems installed in 2024 and front walls that were also recently completed. They are an a building with dedicated men's and ladies changing rooms.

The section fields three men’s and a ladies team who both compete in the North West Counties Squash League (nwcsl.org). The men’s teams represent the club in divisions 2 to, and the ladies team is in division 2.

We have a qualified coaches available for private or group tuition and they also run our junior squash training sessions on a Friday evening, teaching our great sport to children from the age of 6 upwards.

New members are assured a warm welcome and have the opportunity to play socially and over a range of competitive standards to suit an individual's ability. We have weekly 'turn up and play' sessions on Wednesdays and Saturdays (covering all playing standards), monthly box leagues, online court bookings for induvial matches, and pre-season / fitness training.

Members have access to a fabulous bar and members lounge, which is renowned, and award winning, for it's well kept ales and beers. The bar serves hot food, and has a large patio area which is particularly enjoyed in the summer, from which the club cricket matches can be viewed. A further recent addition to the club (in 2025) is new outdoor 2 padel courts with direct booking system.
