How to become a tournament organiser
Tournaments don’t run themselves - they need people who enjoy the game and want to make things happen for others.
As a tournament organiser, you’re right at the centre of it. You help bring create opportunities for young people, keep things running smoothly, and make sure players have a fair, friendly and enjoyable experience.
Running competitions also makes a real difference to your club - bringing more players through the door, creating extra energy around the venue, and helping grow the game locally.
It’s a great way to stay connected to squash, build your confidence, and be part of the moments players remember.
