Accessing and populating your new website account

If you're experiencing problems recovering your account or if something is missing from the Squash Finder, please refer to the following:


General FAQs

My verification code is not working?

If you have received an email with a verification code, but the code is not working, try resetting your password by visiting www.englandsquash.com/Auth/ForgotPassword and entering the email address to which the verification email was sent. You should then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you have done this, you should be able to access your account.


I haven’t received an email?

If you think you already have an account or are/were an England Squash member but have not received an email, then try to use the form at www.englandsquash.com/auth/recover. Depending on what information we hold, we may be able to recover your account. If not, please get in touch using our contact form.


I have activated my account but my password’s not working?

Please reset your password here: www.englandsquash.com/Auth/ForgotPassword.


My membership status is showing as inactive?

If you have an England Squash membership via your club, but your account shows your membership status as inactive, please check with your club that their England Squash affiliation is up to date. You can see whether your account is linked to a club at www.englandsquash.com/Account/Player/Clubs.

If you are an individual member and showing as inactive it means your membership has expired. If you would like to renew your membership, please do so at www.englandsquash.com/Account/Player/.


How do I register my child?

If your child is under 16, you will need to register first on the site and then add a Child Account on your online profile.


I can’t find my child to attach to my account?

If you are a parent and you cannot find your children to attach to your account, please get in touch using our contact form.


Why do you need my date of birth upon sign up?

We need your date of birth at sign up to ensure that you’re aged over 16 for safeguarding reasons. We also need it for when you register for squash competitions to ensure you’re in the right category.

Coaches FAQs

As a coach, how do I appear on the coach finder?

In order to appear on our coach finder, you will need:

  • to have activated your account on englandsquash.com
  • an active England Squash coach membership
  • have an up-to-date DBS record
  • to opt-in to appearing on the coach finder, and provide some contact info (phone number and email address) for your search result.
  • to have listed at least one club or facility on your coach profile - this is how your location is found on the search.


My coach profile is missing in my dashboard?

I’m a coach member but it’s not showing I have a valid membership?

Clubs FAQs

I’m a club, how do I log in?

If you were previously a club administrator and used an account number and PIN to log in to administer your club, you may be able to gain access to your club portal using these details at www.englandsquash.com/account/player/recoverclub.


How do I become a club administrator?

Please ask your club’s ‘super admin’ to give you access. If you’re not sure who this is, please get in touch.


My club isn’t appearing on my profile even though I’ve specified one?

Your club will have to approve you first. They will have been sent an email notification from us informing them that you have requested to appear on the club.


As a club’s ‘super admin’ how do I make someone an administrator?

Users with ‘super admin’ rights can add multiple administrators. To do this ‘super admin’ need to log into their club dashboard and add an administrator by going to Manage Admin.


It’s showing our membership as inactive on the club dashboard but we’ve paid?

My club's not appearing in search?

Your club’s ‘super admin’ will need to confirm the club's affiliation in the club dashboard including the facility of where your club is based.


Our club profile says we don’t offer coaching in the Squash Finder but we do? How do we change this?

You will need to edit your Club Profile in your club dashboard then select the icon which says ‘Coaching available.’
