Nominations now open for the 2025 England Squash Awards

We're thrilled to announce that nominations are now open for our eighth annual England Squash Awards - a celebration of the incredible people, clubs, and venues that make our squash community so special!

With categories celebrating achievements in coaching, volunteering, refereeing, club development and inclusion, the awards shine a spotlight on those who have made a real impact in the sport during the 2024/25 season.

Nominations are open across the following categories:

  • Club/Venue of the Year
  • Coach of the Year
  • Unsung Hero of the Year
  • Young Volunteer/Coach of the Year
  • Referee of the Year
  • Rising Star of the Year
  • Diversity and Inclusion Champion of the Year

The Moment of the Year award will be decided via a public vote, launching on 1 December.

Now in its second year, the Diversity and Inclusion Champion of the Year category continues to recognise individuals or organisations who have gone above and beyond to champion equality and accessibility - bringing squash to new audiences and underrepresented communities.

CEO Mark Williams said:

“The England Squash Awards are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the dedication and passion of the people who help our sport thrive. From coaches and rising stars to volunteers and clubs, their contributions are the backbone of our community.

"I’d encourage everyone involved in squash to take a moment to nominate someone whose impact deserves to be recognised."

Nominations close on Sunday 21 September with the winners announced in December. Award recipients will be honoured at a presentation during the 2026 British Junior Open.
