England Squash unveils new strategy Squash in a Changing World

England Squash has launched their new strategy Squash in a Changing World which outlines the organisation's plans to grow the game in England and realise the collective vision to create a thriving, diverse and growing community.

England Squash will continue to lead the charge for squash and serve as a catalyst for positive change, working in partnership with the whole squash community to drive participation and make radical advances in equality, diversity and inclusion.

As a community, we are stronger, more resilient and more effective when we work together. To this end, this strategy is not just for England Squash, but for the squash community as a whole and everyone is encouraged to play their part in helping to deliver it.

Over the last year, England Squash has consulted extensively on this strategy and it has been shaped by the perspectives of many of the sport’s key stakeholders including counties, clubs and coaches who are passionate about the game and share the organisation's values and vision. These collective voices have played a huge part in influencing the strategy and the ambitions and priorities set out within it, and England Squash would like to thank everyone who has contributed.
